If there is a problem with a product purchased from Losurdo's you must contact us by email or phone within 1 day of purchasing the
product to advise us of the issue. Please note proof of purchase is required in the form of a store receipt or credit card statement in order to process any exchange/credits/refunds using your original payment method.
If you have any feedback regarding your purchases, please liaise directly with our customer support team or store manager. All decisions involving exchanges or refunds are made at their discretion.
